Job Responsibilities and Duties
Quality Assurance of Quality Management Systems
- Assist the QA Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System for CPM GMP, GDP, Halal Certification and other relevant standards required by the local authority. Ensure conformance to the standards and continuous certification
- Assist the QA Manager in developing and delivering continuous training programs to all levels of staff to ensure awareness of CPM GMP, GDP and Halal requirements, and compliance to healthcare guidelines
- Keeping up to date on new regulatory requirements and ensure internal SOP guidelines are in compliance
- Active participation in external and internal audits
- Ensure all non-conformances raised during internal and external audits are adequately addressed, closed and monitored
Support of Production Quality Control
- Execute the Quality Controlling activities for incoming and outgoing materials. Ensure the QC activities are carried out as of requirements in SOPs and are properly recorded. Authorized for release or reject of the materials
- Carry out bulk material sampling and testing. Responsible for checking of the test results from internal and external testing. Ensure proper record keeping and retention of test reports
- Provide support to production in approval of Master Production Ticket (MPT) and releasing of incoming materials such as bulk and packaging materials for production use
- Update and maintain specification for CPM/Health supplements/Cosmetic (bulk material, packaging material and finished products)
- Ensure timely calibration of equipment (e.g. data loggers)
- Monitor incoming materials and feedback to supplier for any non-conforming materials found. Liaise with supplier for corrective and preventive actions, and maintain the materials non-conformance records
- Maintain the retention sample records and ensure proper disposal of the retention samples according to SOP
- Carry out stability studies of the products and maintain records accordingly
- Assist in maintaining and updating of the Manufacturing Formula, Processing and Packaging Instruction (MFPP) of the products
Commercial Product Quality Support
- Assist the QA Manager by working with respective product/brand owners in following up on the investigation, resolution of quality-related complaint, and recommending corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure execution of the recommended actions, recording and periodic review of quality-related complaints

Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- GMP experience is advantageous
- Meticulous and well-organized with an eye for details
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and result oriented
- Team player
