Job Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service for registration and appointments of department
- Respond to, and follow up on, customers’ inquiries over phone, email and messaging
- Process payments and invoices
- Administrative duties
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Experience in healthcare or customer service will be advantageous
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers through various channels of communication
