Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Executive
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 44 hrs per week (1 week 5 days 1 week 6 days)
Salary: $2800 - $3300
Job Responsibilities:
• Daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking and packing, delivery of goods, stock movement in and out of warehouse are properly documented and updated correctly & timely etc)
• Picked and packed, delivered, check incoming goods are per invoice / DO
• Plan routes, process shipments, product loading and unloading tasks
• Prepare, maintain accurate logs of transportation and goods quantity
• Manage effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment and product handling systems
• Resourceful in resolving any potential conflicts in a timely and conclusive way
• Maintains storage area by organising floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Maintains safe and clean environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Carry out other duties and ad-hoc task as assigned to meet business needs
Job Requirements:
• Strong follow up and an eye for details
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced working environment
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Similar industry will be an added advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and communicate effectively with our Mandarin speaking clients)
