Property Executive
Remuneration Package & Benefits:
- Basic S$ 4000 MAX
- Performance Bonus
Location: Central (UE Square)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (8.30am to 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with contractors for repairs of facilities & equipment.
- Supervise and monitor contracts / A&A projects.
- Assist in handling of day-to-day building facility checks.
- Attend to electrical and mechanical maintenance complaints and building defects.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
- Ensure building facilities & equipment are in good working order.
- Report irregularities to immediate supervisor.
- Monitor service contractors and sub-contractors on site work.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Source for quotations and to make recommendations for awarding maintenance work to competent service providers.
- Put up payment requests and certification for invoices on work done.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building / Property Management related studies
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good building management knowledge with at least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial or shopping mall buildings
- Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations
- Good working knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical system
- Possess good CAPEX & OPEX working experience
