The client is a leading integrated chemical toll-blending provider that offers comprehensive solutions and services for production chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new customer accounts for the company and promote all the company’s offerings.
- Manage accounts throughout the pre and post-sales process, including addressing sales inquiries, generating and presenting quotations, and coordinating with operations and production teams to ensure goods are ready and delivered on time.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and product penetration plans to achieve sales and business objectives in terms of revenue, margin, and market share.
- In close consultation with the Director, prepare all tender documents, set pricing, and submit tenders in a timely manner.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guarantee customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships with key, current, and prospective customers.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and stay updated on product developments.
- Conduct supplier sourcing activities, assess if their products meet requirements, and follow up with logistics upon purchasing from suppliers.
- Generate sales reports and document sales activities on a weekly basis.
- Ensure all necessary documentation complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BizSafe, and other safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Chemical Engineering
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical sales
- Class 3 driving license
