OutSystems Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for OutSystems applications, addressing issues and bugs reported by users.
  • Monitor the performance of applications to identify and resolve any issues related to stability, performance, or functionality.
  • Monitor application logs, performance metrics, and error reports to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Investigate and diagnose problems within the OutSystems applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Develop and implement fixes, patches, or workarounds for application issues.

Job Requirements:

  • OutSystems Platform: Strong understanding of the OutSystems platform, including its architecture, development tools, and deployment processes.
  • Scripting and Automation: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and familiarity with SQL for database queries.
  • IT Infrastructure: Understanding of general IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, databases, and cloud services, as they relate to OutSystems applications.
  • Experience in supporting applications built on the OutSystems platform or similar low-code environments.
  • Prior experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, preferably within a software development or IT environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with users and technical teams.
  • Patience and customer-oriented approach, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
