We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for identifying and directing sales channels for live, fresh and frozen seafood products, to corporate customers in the F&B industry for our export markets presence and achieving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate major contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and budget adherence.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and strategies to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
Requirement
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the seafood or food distribution industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Knowledge of frozen seafood products, industry trends, and distribution channels.
- Ability to analyse data, make data-driven decisions, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Highly proactive with the ability to multi-task
- Willing to travel as needed.
