Job Description / Responsibilities
- Project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.
- Work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.
- Execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery.
- Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
- Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved. Assisting the Customer in the verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.
- Diagnose and rectify technical issues.
- Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively.
- Documentation skills include creating and updating detailed solution design, installation and maintenance documents.
- Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports.
- Perform standby duties if required.
