We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented executive search Intern to join our HR search practice. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, particularly in the HR function across various industries. The intern will support the team in sourcing, evaluating, and placing HR professionals across various levels.
Reports to: Associate Director, HR Search Practice
Internship Schedule: at least 3 days per week for a consecutive 3 months or longer
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels such as professional networks and internal databases to identify potential HR candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process.
- Conduct research to identify trends and insights in the HR job market, helping the team to understand industry demands and candidate expectations.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure up-to-date accurate and organized information.
- Provide administrative support to the supervisor as needed, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and other tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in the HR field and business world, and understand well the value of professional recruitment services.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Singapore, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Studies, or a related field.
- Native speaker of Mandarin and fluent in English as this role requires you to work with working professionals in Mainland China and Singapore.
- Previous internship experience in a recruitment agency, in-house recruitment, or BD/sales-related roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to commit to at least 3 days a week for 3 months or longer.
