3months contract to perm Clinic Assistant
Mon to Fri: 9am-5.30pm (with 1 hour break), Sat: 9am-1.30pm
Have to work 1 night clinic per week from 6pm to 9pm during weekday. If work night clinic on that day. The candidate only need to come in after lunch timing
Up to $3.2K Max
Jobscope:
· Provide receptionist duties at front counter
· Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
· Able to apply basic patient care
· Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
· Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
· Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
