EVe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land Transport Authority, is set up to implement and coordinate the deployment of nation-wide network of Electric Vehicle Charging in Singapore and upgrade the electrical infrastructure to support the EVCP deployment primarily in Singapore’s residential carparks.


You will manage the Procurement operations relating to the company’s procurement needs ensuring proper vendor management, contract management and fair negotiation for the smooth, effective and efficient operations of the company. Your duties include:


· Review procurement strategies for the organization as well as involve in the sourcing, invitation and monitoring the timeline for evaluation of suppliers’ submissions.

· Advise end users on all procurement matters.

· Ensure end users’ compliance with procurement policy and procedures.

· Ensure there is segregation of duties from approving the purchase up to the award by the appropriate approving authority.

· Act as the point of contact between suppliers and users’ division to handle all queries and clarifications to ensure a fair and transparent process.

· Provide full spectrum of the procurement and contract administration services for the goods and/or services contracts required by the company includinginfrastructure/ construction related services. This includes preparing the specifications and quotation/tender documents; administering the quotation/tender process till the contract is awarded and its account is finalized.

· Post awards contract management include manage vendors and ensure adherence to contract terms, administer contracts including change management, disputes resolution, claim management and account closure.

· Continuously improve procurement policies and streamline work processes with controls in mind, to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and conduct periodical reviews to ensure its relevance to the organization.


Requirements:


· Tertiary qualification in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management or related field.

· At least 6 years of relevant experience in Procurement as well as Pre and Post Contract management in Construction Related Industry.

· Hands-on, self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and attention to details.

· Able to work independently and effectively as a team.

· Good Knowledge of fair procurement practices and controls
