Unwine is a cozy wine bar located at IOI Central Boulevard Towers, offering a laid-back atmosphere ideal for enjoying a wide selection of wines and western fusion cuisine. You will be part of the Store Opening team where you will report directed to the Outlet Chef.
At Unwine, our Bartender is responsible for delivering excellent Guest experience while working to achieve departmental targets. Responsible for anticipating the needs of attending patrons, maintain the established standard of service, and to adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel.
- Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktail
- Prepare for daily operation and stock ingredients
- Achieve high quality of beverage products and services
- Engagement with customers to build a long term relationship
- Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
- Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guests needs, offering
- Understands and can communicate products and services available.
You should have the following qualifications and skills that we are looking for:
- NITEC in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or a related field
- Sommerlier experience is preferred
- A supportive personality along with positive attitude
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience in a wine bar or upscale western restaurant
- Possesses problem solving, motivating and organization skills
- Passion to work in a dynamic environment
- A guest-first approach to hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Restaurant, the brand and the Company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
