Roles & Responsibilities

You will support external and internal communication projects to a global audience to inform, update and engage stakeholders on the Group’s ongoing transformational journey as a manufacturing oilfield services industry headquartered in Singapore. You should be curious to learn about the manufacturing business, enjoy a fast-paced yet harmonious workplace and don’t mind handling various challenges in this dynamic role.

  • Write, edit, and proofread social media posts, newsletters, and other communication materials
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends relevant to social media posting
  • Craft engaging social media posts and email newsletters to generate excitement and drive attendance
  • Support and coordinate social media executions
  • Oversee internal project management tasks including time, budget, and agency management.
  • Manage internal communication channels, such as intranet, newsletters, and other ad-hoc internal events
  • Manage website content on WordPress, ensuring information relayed to the public is updated and accurate. Tasks include but not limited to the creation of new pages, updating existing pages/content, copy editing
  • Assist in corporate events
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing communications,
  • Hands-on experience in utilising digital, social media, and video editing tools
  • Good project management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
