Job Description
1. Work with Project / Facilities Manager to confirm system designs and procurement.
2. Monitor project progress of sub-contractors and conduct site inspections regularly.
3. Manage sub-contractors for efficient and prompt completion of work.
4. Attending to all design and technical meetings with consultants, main contractors and system specialists to
ensure all aspects and requirements were taken care of.
5. Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters related to the project
operation and coordination.
6. To review the tender specification requirement and supplier quotation compliance.
7. To do quantities take off & prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheet.
8. Other scope of work to be assigned by the Management.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management
2. Good relavant experience.
