New Shan Travel is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position of Corporate Travel Consultant.
You will work in a close-knit team with like-minded individuals and be reporting directly to the Manager, Corporate Travel.

Job Responsibilities:
- Service corporate accounts’ travel needs, including but not limited to reservations, ticketing, hotel booking and visa applications.
- Take turns to be on duty for After-Office Hours (AOH) servicing.
- Service corporate accounts’ after-sales requirements including but not limited to reissue, revalidation, cancellation, and refund.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a definite advantage.
- Experienced in using GDS such as Sabre.
- Able to provide good service and handle pressure whilst being efficient and accurate.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Good MS Excel and Word skills.
- A team player and able to meet dead deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese language
