You will provide support for two key projects:
- Career Health Campaign (Employer & Jobseeker)
- Job Support Scheme Project
Responsibilities
Areas of work comprises:
- Work with the Senior Managers or Project Leads to execute a marketing and communications plan to promote WSG’s programmes and services
- Prepare post-campaign reports, analyse performance metrics for effectiveness and improvements and administrative support in preparation of budget, requisitions, billing and payments for projects
- Perform research and social media monitoring to gather information, insights and data to refine campaign ideation, review Google Analytics to monitor and optimise campaign performances
- Provide marketing and social media support for WSG’s business units i.e. develop marketing collaterals and tactical campaigns to reach business outcomes
Other Marketing Support Areas:
- Oversee the usage of WSG logo on partner collaterals
- Advise internal stakeholders on the correct usage of WSG brandmark and assets
- Produce videos, banners, static posts, infographs, multi-format content for social media, website, or the digital environment for message amplification
- Support team members in marcom or social media coverage of WSG events when required
Requirements
Experience
- Three to four years of relevant marketing and digital marketing experience
- Knowledge
- Familiarity and ability to use performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other social media analytics, campaign measurement metrics.
- Good understanding of all social media platforms not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Skills
- Good copywriting and editing skills with the ability to turn complex source materials into sharp, engaging multimedia content and where required, snappy social-first copy and trendy captions.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
Abilities
- Self-starter who can work independently, handle stress and thrive under pressure, stay level-headed and meet deadlines.
- Strong command of spoken and written communication.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
