We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to - manage all post-sales enquiries and matters, coordinate with our Fleet Partners on customer and vehicle matters and support on contract renewals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Coordinate with our sales team and customers on deliveries, collections, vehicle exchanges.
- Ensure we collect the right customer documents for all customers
- Provide good after-sales service to ensure high customer ratings
- Ensure fast response rates to all existing and potential customers
- Support on Customer Renewal processes
- Resolve customer issues
- Manage dissatisfied customers
- Manage bad debt cases
- Support on and manage new sales as required
Operations
- Ensure high quality of cars and delivery standards
- Ensure we share the necessary customer documents with our partners and also ensure all partner documents are filed properly
- Manage aftersales of Customers including maintenance, servicing, insurance, replacement, accidents.
- Request and manage Temp/Replacement cars
- Delivery and collection of vehicles when required
- Collect and bring vehicles for servicing / inspection when required
- Request vehicle availability updates from Fleet Partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Class 3 driving licence
- Fluent in English
- Able to communicate well in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Car rental / Leasing is highly advantageous
- Passionate in cars and highly interested in the Automotive industry
