MSV Systems & Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to head the company's front-end equipment and service division.
Who you are:
- Familiar with wafer fab / front end machine including AOI, Oven/Furnance.
- Familiar with assembly / backend machine including lamination, grinding, molding, die attach & sorting
- Preferably with sales background
What you will be doing:
- Actively seek opportunities to expand sales and service portfolio with front-end customers
- Serve as point of contact for sales and service enquiries
- Engage in technical discussions with customers to propose the right technical solution
