Job Description:
- Liaise/Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
- Issue sales and purchase order
- Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers
- Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment
- RFQ for new model/new projects
- Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
- Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
- Other duties assigned.
Requirements :
- Diploma Holder
- Though not necessary, some experience using SAP software and sales coordination experiences in electronics manufacturing industry may be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
