Roles and Responsibility:
Accounting and Finance Role:
- Responsible in handling full set of accounts, from journal posting, preparation, and closing of monthly accounts and reconciliations until reporting.
- Monthly Financial report with Finance performance PPT prepared for Group’s monthly call.
- Monitor and check both accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Responsible for all Group’s report submission.
- Cash flow report submission weekly.
- Prepare monthly Forecast report.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset listing.
- Submit monthly CAPEX report
- Liaise with Commercial team and Ops team for work done.
- Manage quarterly GST reporting.
- Prepare schedules for year-end audits and ensure timely submission of all statutory obligations, such as audited accounts and various returns.
- Engage with auditors and promptly respond to any inquiries.
- Engage and manage year tax submission.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process.
- petty cash custodian – monitor and entry for petty cash expenses.
- Any AD-hoc work if required.
Payroll Role:
- Owner of JustLogin (payroll software including Payroll/Expense/Leave module),
- Prepare/Check payroll details / Check staff claims, send for approval.
- Monthly Payroll run by JustLogin, send for approval.
- Payroll Bank submission - by Batch (Cash/Giro/Cheque)
- CPF Submission
- Data entry for payroll /staff claims in NetSuite (cash out)
- Liaise with IRAS and Auditor for any payroll issue.
- IR21, IR8A submission
- Keeping and maintaining of P File of employees.
- Maintaining and monitoring Employee’s leave by JustLoigin.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
- A good team player able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Meticulous, with attention to details.
- Willing to work after office hour if required.
- Experience with NetSuite is an added advantage.
- Preferably Singaporean / PR
