Project Manager

Aurora Design & Build Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring all project goals are met.
    Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
    Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
    Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Resource Management:Allocate resources and manage project teams, including assigning tasks and responsibilities.
    Work with department heads to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
    Manage third-party vendors or contractors involved in the project.
  • Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Quality Assurance:Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
    Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management:Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
    Report on financial performance and forecast future budget needs.


Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
    Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
    Experience working with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
