Role Description
This position reports to the Digital Marketing， director and interfaces with Organisation managers . Benchmarking PTE LTD is a leading provider of social media marketing, content creation, and live streaming solutions. Specific Responsibilities

1. Familiarity with TIKTOK backend operations: In-depth knowledge of the TIKTOK platform, including the ability to apply for a TIKTOK shop.
2. Daily database updates and maintenance: Responsible for the daily update and maintenance of databases to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
3. Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing skills: Proficient in using graphic design tools and capable of expertly editing videos to enhance the quality of multimedia content.
4. Innovative mindset and proactive work attitude: Demonstrates innovation in work and maintains a proactive approach to challenges.
5. Preference for candidates with TIKTOK account management experience: Previous successful experience in managing TIKTOK accounts will be given priority.
6. Proficient in creating invoices and other documents: Possesses the ability to independently create invoices and other necessary documents, ensuring their accuracy and adherence to standards.
7. Coordination skills and effective communication: Must have the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with influencers and clients, showcasing excellent teamwork.

Competencies

1. In-depth Knowledge of Digital Marketing Platforms:Expertise in managing and optimizing digital platforms, particularly TIKTOK.
   Familiarity with backend operations and analytics tools.
   
2. Technical Proficiency:Strong skills in database management, graphic design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva), and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
   
3. Proactive and Innovative Mindset:Ability to think creatively and proactively address challenges.
   Continuous improvement in marketing strategies and operational processes.
   
4. Effective Communication and Coordination:Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Duration of Attachment Offered

Length of Attachment: 6 Months

Purpose:
This 6-month attachment is designed as a probationary period to provide the candidate with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in digital marketing operations. Throughout this period, the candidate will develop and demonstrate the necessary competencies required for the role. The attachment will also allow the company to assess the candidate's ability to innovate, manage digital platforms, and work effectively within a team.

Evaluation:
Performance will be evaluated on a monthly basis, focusing on the candidate’s ability to meet specific responsibilities and competencies. A thorough review at the end of the attachment will determine the candidate's suitability for a permanent position in the Digital Marketing Operations role.
