We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our hinges and locks product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing direction and motivation to ensure high performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hinges and locks market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company’s products and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferrable).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in the hardware or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of hinges, locks, and related hardware products is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
