- Assist the PM in awarded projects‘ kick-off meetings
- Organise resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-contractors
- Assist the PM with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues
- Ensure project management tools are updated regularly and documentation properly done
- Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultants’ representatives
- Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and prepare T&C reports
- Design corrective actions and mitigate scope and schedules
- Assist the PM in demobilizing and handling over projects to customers
- Co-ordinate internal resources and vendors for projects execution
- Facilitate and oversee the smooth execution of all other project matters
