Job Description:
- To service and provide call-in customers on their needs on products we have;
- To follow up on quotations and enquiries;
- To generate sales and improve customer loyalty and retention;
- To prepare quotations, sales orders;
- To maintain accurate records of customers’ contact base;
- To coordinate logistics and delivery, order processing and other ad-hoc duties assigned;
- Able to take high volume workload; and
- Any other sales-related duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- N-Level or equivalent
- Able to work independently with initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
- Meticulous and detailed in checking information and data
- Self driven
- Experience in Business Central system will be an advantage
