Roles & Responsibilities
- To key in job orders into Transport Management System (TMS), Container Chain before job execution by Operations Team
- To handle all operations administration duties in a timely manner. E.g. check and inform Operations team on Vessel ETA, check and inform Operations team on containers usage
- Answer all phone calls professionally
- Reply customers’ email in a professional manner
- Processing for import and export job.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirement
- GCE N/O Levels
- Knowledge of Customer Services principles and practices
- Experienced in Logistics Freight Forwarding & Transportation
- Able to work multi-tasking and under stress, pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service oriented
