Job Description:

As a Business Support Assistant at Hawksford Singapore, the primary responsibility involves meticulously organizing and transferring digital documents and folders into designated folders within Microsoft SharePoint as well as support in our Front Desk and Mailing Operation.

The ideal candidate ensures the accurate sorting and storage of documents, contributing to the efficient management of information within the organization. While prior experience with Microsoft SharePoint is considered an added advantage, the role is open to individuals with the capability and enthusiasm to quickly grasp and adapt to SharePoint functionalities.

The candidate will also be an ambassador for the Business at our reception when required, which will include greeting clients and answering main line telephone calls, as well as assisting with internal processes covering incoming mail and scanning.

You will become part of the global operations and business support team, working together with other operation managers, supervisors, and support assistants.

We need someone who should demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, showcasing a keen willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring digital documents and folders are accurately sorted, stored and transferred into respective folders in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Partake in Front Desk Reception duties including assisting external clients and answering calls.
  • Assist with the incoming mails and scanning process.
  • Providing general administrative support to departments and other ad-hoc projects.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in using Microsoft SharePoint would be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Applicable for Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents.
