We are seeking an experienced Brand & Marketing Communication to enhance our presence in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of market trends and consumer habits to develop and implement effective brand PR strategies. This role demands extensive knowledge of various PR channels and possesses substantial experience in crisis management and strategic planning.


Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management and Communication:
    Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation in the Indonesian market.
    Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to plan and execute brand promotion activities.
    Plan and manage sponsorship activities, leveraging IPs for effective brand exposure and partnership effectiveness.
  2. Media Relations:
    Establish and maintain good relationships with local media outlets including traditional channels and digital media platforms.
    Write and release press releases, media statements, and company announcements to ensure accurate information dissemination.
  3. Event Planning and Execution:
    Plan and execute offline events (such as press conferences, exhibitions, and fan meetups) to increase brand influence.
    Oversee event execution to ensure smooth operation and achievement of desired outcomes.
  4. Crisis Management:
    Develop and implement crisis communication plans to handle potential negative publicity
    Monitor and proactively identify potential PR crises, and develop swift response plans.
    React quickly and take measures to maintain the company's reputation during crises.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze the effectiveness of PR activities, write reports, and provide optimization suggestions.
    Track the brand’s performance in the Indonesian market and provide market insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or communications in the Indonesian market with in-depth knowledge of local PR channels. Experience in the Thai market is a plus.
  • Experience with media monitoring and PR analytics tools.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in brand public relations, preferably with a background in the gaming industry.
  • Strong crisis management skills, able to respond quickly and solve problems under pressure.
  • Excellent team collaboration spirit, able to work with various internal departments.
