Job Title: Autocad Drafter (ID1549)
Location: Ubi (walking distance from Ubi mrt)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (ALT SAT)
Salary: $2800 - $3200
Job Responsibilities:
• Review, update, coordinate and generate all architectural works, shop drawings and material sample submissions.
• Coordinate and liaise all architectural works with other trades on site.
• To ensure tool-box meeting is conducted for his direct workers and subcontractors.
• Supervise and inspect all works carried out by subcontractors.
• Provide support and arrange for necessary inspection by owners, consultants and other relevant authorities.
• Assist in the deployment and storage of architectural materials, plants and equipment at the site.
• Preferably specializing in Architectural coordinating and be proficient in supervising sub-contractors’ architectural works.
• Hands-on experience with BIM software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact with people of all levels.
• Support to project manager in providing project status & progress updates as and when directed by the Project Manager / Superintending Officer.
• Render support to the project manager to liaise and coordinate with other Contractors to ensure smooth execution of works under his responsibility.
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year auto cad drafter experience
