Your new role
- Research and Monitoring:
· Macro and Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on macroeconomic trends and specific industry dynamics to understand their impact on the organization.
· Data Screening: Identify and evaluate potential opportunities or risks within the macroeconomic environment and specific industries.
· Key Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial performance, operations, and market dynamics.
2. Project Management:
· Meeting Documentation and Follow-ups: Accurately record meeting discussions, decisions, and action items. Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed on time.
· Revenue and Cost Initiatives: Develop and oversee projects aimed at increasing revenue and reducing costs. This includes launching new products/services, expanding into new markets, optimizing processes, and negotiating with suppliers.
· Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with organizational goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, to liaise with Chinese counterparts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial industries is a plus.
