Your Role:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operational Process Development:Develop and implement operational guidelines and processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Project Management:Oversee and manage multiple projects across different business functions.
Ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.
Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables. - Innovation and Automation:Explore opportunities for automation to streamline processes.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - MiscYour assistance and input will be called upon on a per-project basis
You will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks across various business functions to enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- An extremely detail-oriented personality
- Analytical, organised and good problem solvers with a quest for excellence
- A sense of responsibility and accountability, and the drive to execute a project to completion
- The ability to plan for the long-term, taking into account that projects might need to be scaled indefinitely
- Willingness to learn and do, multi-task, and be a self-starter
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, and prioritise among competing tasks/errands
- Willingness to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic about working on property or property-related content
- Experience with Customer Lifecycle Management Softwares, like CleverTap, will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Scripting Language (e.g. Python/Google Apps Script), or CSS and HTML, but not a must.
