About the role


Works closely with and have impact on: Global SCM, Finance


Reports to: Business Process Architect, Global IT


Function: Global IT


Work Location/Site: Singapore / GHQ


Role Overview


This individual will be a member of the Global IT Team. The person will be responsible to understand business requirements in IT and translate the business requirements to IT solutions by working with the key stakeholders. Understanding IT trends in Global IT and supporting in establish roadmaps to deliver IT solutions, up to date with the latest IT trends and recommends innovative solutions to the business, the person also should ensure timely system support to the business operations and monitor the ERP process and follows the QA standard operating procedures for GxP compliance.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership in solutioning for Microsoft Dynamics AX & Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation implementation and roll out across HSO business divisions predominantly on SCM & Finance module
  • Provide solutions that meet users business needs by customizing the ERP
  • Keep abreast of changes to Microsoft Dynamics ERP offerings including application functional updates
  • Requirement gathering, documentation, defining Project Scope , Understanding business processes
  • Train and guide users in Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
  • Responsible for coordinating with QA or the QA representative in the IT team for all system validations across Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification phases
  • Plan, organize, execute project tasks, activities with the team for projects, support Enhancement/Change requests as per QA Standard operating procedure
  • Take a leadership role in demonstrating quality and compliance in development & deployment of Microsoft Dynamics ERP at factory and across the regions.
  • Ensure compliance of IT regulations in security, quality and environmental prospective (e.g. local/country laws, ISO 19001, ISO14000, etc.) as well as global IT policies
  • Managing People - Strength - builds a high performing team that meets challenging objectives linked to business objectives
  • Responsible for providing analysis and follow-up of ERP Support Service Desk items to ensure problems are resolved and bottlenecks reported to manager/management
  • Improve the overall risk profile and stability of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment with respect to the SAP integration activities, database performance, backup and other business continuity activities as mandated by the business service levels


Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of MS Dynamics ERP implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Morph X / X++ / AX 2012 and D365 Finance and Operations
  • Knowledge of basic SQL Server – SSRS, SSIS
  • Knowledge of Data Migration tools
  • Customization & implementation experience in different Dynamics modules such as Supply Chain & Finance
  • Estimation, Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance, Optimization & Recommend
  • Solutioning of Dynamics implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of system development life cycle
  • Strong interpersonal leadership to understand the business needs and to translate the needs to IT validation requirements
  • Team player. The ability to work as a team with other IT people across the globe is absolutely essential
  • Project management and abilities to understand and follow the computer system validation guidelines


Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics
