As the company is constantly growing, we are seeking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring a Marketing Assistant (Part Time role or Intern) who will support the company in developing and executing various marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with executives and peers.
- Manage the company's advertising, public relations and marketing strategy activities
- Developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to promote a product or service using new media technologies
- Assists in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials (Eg. LinkedIn, Website, etc...)
- Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials
- Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, website, tv etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Write diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Gather and produce material in video or photo format
We offer flexibility of 2.5 working days a week, which required two full days and one half day attendance.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts, especially in Construction sector
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Familiarity with new media, include social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engines
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- Strong writing and editing abilities
- Skills required: communication, public relations, interpersonal, creativity, analytical, strategic planning, writing in multi languages (Chinese, English)
- Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
