1. Role Description
This position reports to the Operations Director and essentially overlooks the company's running operations to ensure cost effective and timely delivery.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
2.1. Employee orientation and training logistics and record keeping
2.2. Technical competency training and familiarisation
2.3. Reporting to daily site progress and supervision on workers' performance and progress.
2.4. Monitoring of site material usage and highlight the need for additional purchase if required.
3. Competencies
3.1. Able to understand how building-related trades are carried out and keep to the quality of work expected.
3.2. Able to carry out quantity surveying for pre-work and monitoring material usage on-site.
3.3. Able to understand how machines work, installation method, carry out troubleshooting and tolerance check.
