Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Team and station staff to monitor the performance of ticketing kiosks via the Monitoring Control Console (MCC) workstation.
- Perform remote troubleshooting on ticketing kiosks when necessary.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team and station staff to:
- Compile and generate reports on ticketing kiosk faults.
- Combine and organize data from source documents as needed.
- Verify maintenance data for accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in systemwide software deployments for ticketing kiosks, including the Annual Fare Revision Exercise and other ad-hoc projects.
- Monitor the performance of ticketing kiosks after software deployments to identify potential faults or issues.
- Generate backend reports for investigating ticketing kiosk performance.
- Create Work Orders in the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to document fault troubleshooting details.
- Support all tasks related to ticketing kiosks and MCC workstations, such as updating station layout drawings.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High level of accuracy in information processing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, positive, and able to work independently.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a challenging environment.
