Job description
- Attend to walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to messages via Facebook or WhatsApp.
- Conduct trial classes for students and update parents on the outcomes.
- Introduce the company's courses to parents.
- Observe children’s learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss them with parents.
- Address parent and student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide customer service for courses, offering professional explanations and answering parents' questions.
- Arrange appointments with parents and meet at various centers.
Requirement:
- Willing to work on weekends
- Able to speak Mandarin & English as you will need to talk with Mandarin & English parents
- Good communication skill
- Able to join immediately or on short notice
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent organization and management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Word & PowerPoint, Excel
- Able to interact and bond with children
- Patient, meticulous, friendly, gentle, proactive and creative
- You will need to travel to various locations by appointment, and a transport allowance will be provided
Other Information:
- 44 working hours a week (Weekend job)
- You will work 5 to 6 days a week, and the working hours will depend on the location
- Working Location: Toa Payoh, Hougang Minton, Jurong West, West Coast, Yishun, Orchard (6 days work)
