We're not interested in the ordinary. We're seeking a Creative who thrives on going against the grain, who's ready to ignite a creative revolution. As we break new ground and venture into uncharted territory with our events, we need someone who isn't afraid to push the envelope and embrace the unconventional.


Roles and responsibilities:

As a Creative, you'll be the mastermind behind captivating visuals and engaging content. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects; both in-house and external. Your creative talents will be put to the test in the following key areas:

  1. Digital Content Wizardry: Lead the charge in creating visually stunning digital content that captures the essence of the brand. This includes designing eye-catching graphics, banners, and images for the company's website, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  2. Event Marketing Maven: Be the driving force behind the marketing collateral for flagship and micro events. Your designs will be the first thing attendees see, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Create event posters, flyers, and promotional materials that ignite excitement and curiosity.
  3. Social Media Storyteller: We live in the age of social media, and your role will be to craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience. Create both static and video content for our social media channels, making sure each post is a work of art that keeps our followers engaged.
  4. Brand Ambassador: Dive deep into the essence of our partner's brand. Understand their unique style, values, and messaging, and translate that into visual content that speaks to their target audience.
  5. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure your creative vision aligns with our marketing and brand strategies. Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other team members to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  6. Visual Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of design trends and tools. Continuously push the envelope by experimenting with new design techniques and technologies to keep our brand fresh and exciting.
  7. Quality Control: Maintain high standards for all visual materials. Ensure that every piece of content is not only visually stunning but also consistent with our brand guidelines.
  8. Storytelling through Video: Use your video editing skills to produce captivating and shareable video content. From short clips to longer promotional videos, you'll be the driving force behind our visual storytelling efforts.
  9. Feedback & Adaptation: Be open to feedback and willing to adapt your creative approach based on input from team members and stakeholders. We value collaboration and believe that the best ideas often come from diverse perspectives.


Qualifications:

To excel in this dynamic role at XXII Global Alliance, you should possess a unique blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a desire to push the creative boundaries. Here are the qualifications we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

  1. Design Expertise: You are a visual storyteller at heart. You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create captivating designs across various mediums, from digital graphics to print materials. Your designs should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also strategically aligned with the brand's goals.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Mastery of design software is a must. You should be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Your expertise in these tools will be the foundation of your creative work.
  3. Video Editing Skills: Beyond static visuals, you should have experience and proficiency in video editing software. Your ability to craft engaging and shareable video content is crucial, as it plays a significant role in our digital marketing efforts.
  4. Creativity Unleashed: Innovation is in your DNA. We're seeking someone who can push creative boundaries, think outside the box, and consistently generate fresh, groundbreaking ideas. You're not just a designer; you're an imaginative problem solver.
  5. Attention to Detail: Precision matters in design. Your work should reflect a meticulous attention to detail, from pixel-perfect graphics to flawless layouts. You have a keen eye for color, typography, and composition.
  6. Adaptability: The creative landscape is constantly evolving, and so should your skills. You should be open to learning new design techniques and staying up-to-date with industry trends and tools. Adaptability is key to keeping our brand current and engaging.
  7. Strong Communication: You're not just creating visuals; you're communicating stories and messages. Effective communication skills are essential to understanding and translating the brand's values and messaging into visual content that resonates with our audience.
  8. Team Player: Collaboration is at the core of our creative process. You should be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback, and contributing your creative insights to enhance our campaigns.
  9. Proactive and Results-Driven: You're not content with the status quo. You take initiative, set high standards for yourself, and are driven to deliver outstanding results that exceed expectations.
  10. Diploma or Degree in Visual Communications or Related Field: While formal education is not the only factor, a degree or relevant coursework in graphic design or a related field can provide a strong foundation for this role.
