- Develop and lead the digital transformation roadmap to align with business strategy and operations.
- Identify and implement improvements in workflow and workplace efficiency across the organization.
- Design, document, and ensure compliance with workflow solutions, focusing on requirements, compliance, and security.
- Create training materials and conduct sessions to ensure user proficiency with the solution.
- Manage a team to ensure optimal performance of hardware and software systems.
- Oversee and enforce the organization’s IT policies.
- Evaluate, recommend, and test the Business Continuity/Recovery Plan.
- Monitor IT security, recommend improvements, and implement new solutions to enhance security compliance.
- Manage access control and the deployment of IT assets.
- Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure and communication tools.
- Address and resolve IT issues to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Digitizing and automating workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Optimizing and automating sales processes using CRM tools, specifically monday.com.
- Integrating and leveraging BI platforms, such as Domo, to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Working with backend SAP databases to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
successful candidate
At least 8 years of experience within IT field. Strong expertise in Office 365 tools, including PowerAutomate, SharePoint, and Teams, with experience in their management and administration.
Solid technical knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software applications.Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Experience with process methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM is advantageous.
PMP certification would be advantageous.
