Department: QEHS,Sustainability and Corporate Communication
Report to: Manager
Functional Relationships with:
All Departments in Murata Electronics Singapore and OPA/OSA in ASEAN
POSITION PROFILE:
Based in: Singapore
The candidate’s mission is to increase corporate values of ASEAN Corp Com OPA/OSA thru:
- Developing the OPA/OSA Corp Com members
- Connecting Corp Com activities to Management issues
- Developing the best practices among ASEAN OPA/OSA (cost effectiveness)
- To develop the formation of RFC ASEAN Corp Com
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· To be a liaison person between MMC and ASEAN Corp Com organizations
· Sharing and dissemination of information between MMC and ASEAN Corp Com OPA/OSA
· Establish strategies and policies together with ASEAN Corp Com OPA/OSA
· Establishing of KPI including evaluation and monitoring
· To provide guidance, instruct and support of the VI management for ASEAN OPA/OSA
· To provide Crisis communication management when incident happen
· To collect issues at each site and plan common activities to be applied to the entire region and promoting improvements.
· Planning and implementation of regional Corp Com exchange meetings and study sessions
· Collaboration with other Regional headquarters (MCI, MEE, MEA etc)
Ability / Competency Required:
· Bachelor degree is required.
· Able to converse and write in Japanese is required.
· Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
· Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
· Good interpersonal and effective communication skills to build good relationship with internal and external parties to en
sure the proliferation of information are disseminated between MMC and ASEAN Corp Com organizations.
