We represent our client to seek a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its innovative digital payment token market-making company. The CEO will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, growth, and overall operations. As the CEO, will oversee all aspects of the business, including product and service development, regulatory compliance, financial management, and team leadership. The CEO will also represent the company in high-level discussions with regulators, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Payment Services Act and other applicable laws.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, industry partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive the company’s financial performance and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in arts and major in Mathematics and Economics with a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics (MFin) is preferred.
- Proven 4-5 years’ successful track record of leadership in the financial technology or digital assets industry.
- Strong understanding of digital payment tokens, blockchain technology, and the regulatory landscape in Singapore.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex operations and drive organizational growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with regulators and navigating regulatory requirements in Singapore.
