Information:
1. Basic salary: $3500 - $4200
2. Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, evaluate and purchasing of electronics components & mechanical parts from supplier
- Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing, quantity, delivery terms
- Comparison of specifications & pricing, and propose to Engineers for approval.
- Issue Purchase Orders based on purchase requisition
- Follow-up on outstanding backlog and expediting of urgent materials
- Work with Finance & Store to resolve DO/Invoice discrepancy
- Work with QC to resolve suppliers’ quality issues
- Involve with yearly audit ISO9001 & 14001
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering/Procurement and Supply Chain
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in OEM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use excel formulas such as Vlookup, Pivot Table
- Experience in machining/metal stamping parts is advantageous
