Job Description:
- Design and optimize mechanical systems for the BCSS, including battery handling, charging, and swapping equipment.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications for mechanical components.
- Specify, select, and procure mechanical components and machinery required for battery handling, charging, and swapping.
- Create and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure that all mechanical designs and modifications adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for personnel and equipment.
- Conduct quality control inspections and testing of mechanical systems and equipment to maintain high operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues and faults as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan, design, and execute mechanical aspects of BCSS projects.
- Provide mechanical engineering expertise in project planning and execution.
- Ensure that all mechanical designs and modifications.
- Able to handle electrical faults and hydraulic faults.
- Repairing rotary drilling rigs.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience on maintenance works.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for mechanical design.
- Understand the working principle of the rotary drilling rig.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
