The Position:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team. You will provide design inputs to high-profile international projects.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in architecture.
Responsibilities:
Developing design concepts into detailed design.
Preparation of technical package and co-ordinate with technical support team
Liaise and co-ordinate with internal team members, clients and consultants.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play an active part in Client presentations, explaining urban design concepts and technical inputs.
Qualifications & Capabilities:
Bachelors/Masters in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong design sense
Strong computer aid skills such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe package
Ability to multi-task and calm under pressure.
Experience in working with South East Asia projects.
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills with a multi-disciplinary team
Team Player.
A proactive approach to responding to project challenges and exceeding Client’s expectations.
