Exciting role in the Public Sector - in the Media industry!
Contractual Position: 11 months
Salary: Up to $6000
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of Media Tech e.g. Virtual Production, Generative AI Programmes to improve capabilities of media companies and talent. This includes engagement of industry stakeholder to collect relevant insights and administration of survey(s).
- Lead research and sense make data collected to identify and evaluate media technologies that will augment media companies' service offerings, and/or content IP produced.
- Lead in collation and review of learnings from media tech projects to provide insights to guide future Programme(s) development.
- Engage identified partners on projects that meets the outcome Media Tech programmes (e.g. Virtual Production) and lead the project management to ensure that deliverables are met in a timely manner. This will include contract negotiations, funding administration and issues management.
- Prepare internal submissions with assessment and recommendations to seek approval of projects, including presentation of proposals to senior management.

- Min. Degree in Media and any relevant field of study
- At least 5 years of working experience in project management
- Good knowledge and passion in media content and the media & entertainment scene preferably with experience in the media industry as well as managing digital media projects e.g. social media, immersive media, AI.
- Result oriented, self-motivated and able to navigate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Well-versed in stakeholder (internal and external) management (experience in international relations is a bonus)
- Strong in project management and critical analysis
- Strong speaking, writing, presenting, and interpersonal skills
