Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, samples, including slides and brochures
- Supporting sales efforts including during tenders, projects
- Tracking the activities and performance of each member of the sales team
- Entering order information into the company database
- Working with staff members from other departments such as design and finance to optimize sales
- Support in daily operations & customer service
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by superior

ii. Skills
- Experience as coordinator in an office setting preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently (speaking and written) in English
- Comfortable with the use of computer and general IT software
iv. Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
