In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and 24×7 support of company products, while also guiding junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support advanced telecommunication products.
- Lead the technical team on Tier 1 turn-key projects.
- Collaborate with global vendors and troubleshoot client issues.
- Conduct technical workshops for clients.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in a technical field with 4-5 years of experience in Next-Gen Telecom Networks, especially VoIP
Skills:
- Knowledge of virtualization, databases, Linux, and networking is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
