Duties & Responsibilities
(1) Sourcing for local and overseas materials and suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistic expenses for design stage and construction stage.
(2) Obtaining suppliers quotations required for Tender projects and confirmed projects.
(3) Issuance of Purchase Order.
(4) Liaising with delivery and do warehousing to ensure that goods are received on time and inspecting purchased products upon delivery to ensure good quality.
(5) Monitoring inventory and keeping track of all the purchased and in-stock products.
(6) Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
(7) Support QS Team during Tender Stage.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Interior and Construction industry
- Basic communications and Strong analytical skills
- With 1 year experience or less
- Knowledge of ERP system an advantage
