- Perform full cycle of recruitment

- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
- Negotiate offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Perform cold calls to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong rapport with existing clients
Requirements:
- Sales driven
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Comfortable to work in fast pace environment
- Strong team player
