Position: Project Supervisor
Roles and Responsibility
This role requires individual to work independently and with team members within a growing SME.
Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct site surveys and measurements
· Prepare quantity schedules/proposals/submission reports
· Site coordination with clients/ suppliers/ installers/ workers
· Attend site meetings with clients
· Understanding of layout plans and 2D/3D construction drawings
· Able to work independently and report findings
· Manage any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management of the company
· Manage and co-ordinate projects for the company
· Responding timely to clients enquiries
· Achieve monthly or annual key performance targets set by the management
· Daily allocation work to subcontractors and workers
· Assist with inventory tracking & management
· Delivery of goods if required
Requirements:
- Possess a matured attitude and a keen sense to learn.
- Highly motivated, confident and self-driven.
- Responsible, independent
· Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
· Minimum 2 years' working experience
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Able to read and write in English
- Skilled in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Class 3 Driving License
