Job Description:
- Support 1 VP in calendaring, meetings, travel and expenses
- Support 5 other VPs in travel booking, visa requirements, and from time-to-time meetings
- Support Purchasing process, incl PO, Invoice, payments, etc
- Support some HR admin and employee activities as requested.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Secretarial / Business or similar w min 3-5 yrs of relevant secretarial experience in medical device/pharmaceutical industry
